Introduction

Welcome to Wolf Gym’s Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wolf Gym website and services. By accessing or using Wolf Gym services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use Wolf Gym’s services.

1. Services
   Wolf Gym provides gym and fitness services. You may use Wolf Gym’s services for your personal and non-commercial use only. You must be at least 18 years old to use Wolf Gym’s services.

2. Membership
   To use Wolf Gym’s services, you may need to become a member. By becoming a member, you agree to pay the membership fee and any other fees associated with using Wolf Gym’s services. Wolf Gym reserves the right to change its membership fees at any time. Membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Use of Facilities
   You agree to comply with all Wolf Gym’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to, rules and regulations regarding the use of facilities. You understand and acknowledge that the use of the facilities is at your own risk, and Wolf Gym is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to your personal property while using its facilities.

4. Personal Training
   Personal training services are available at Wolf Gym. You may need to sign a separate agreement with Wolf Gym for personal training services. By signing such an agreement, you agree to pay the fees associated with personal training services. Personal training fees are non-refundable.

5. User Content
   You may have the opportunity to submit content, including but not limited to, reviews, comments, photos, and videos (“User Content”) to Wolf Gym’s website or social media pages. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content to Wolf Gym, you grant Wolf Gym a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process your User Content without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others.

6. Prohibited Conduct
   You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, using Wolf Gym’s services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, interfering with the proper working of Wolf Gym’s services, violating any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, and transmitting viruses or other malicious code.

7. Intellectual Property
   Wolf Gym’s website and services, including but not limited to, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of Wolf Gym. Wolf Gym’s trademarks, service marks, and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission from Wolf Gym.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Wolf Gym’s services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wolf Gym does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Wolf Gym does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information on its website or services.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Wolf Gym shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Wolf Gym has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Wolf Gym and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Wolf Gym
